The Data We Collect
Personal data and information is information about an individual user, from which that person can be identified. It doesn’t include data, from which the user identity has been removed (anonymous data). Aggregated data is not linked to the user identity and is statistical or demographic data, which can be derived, but is not directly or indirectly linked to the user’s identity.
There are two main types of data that we collect: data linked to the user’s identity and data not linked to the user’s identity.
Data Linked to the User’s Identify
We use this information to improve our analytics, personalize the product, and enhance the app functionality. We do not use this information for tracking and advertising purposes. This may include, but it is not limited to:
Contact Info: first and last name, username, or similar identifiers, contact data (email address and telephone information), contacts info
Health & Fitness: activity and health-related data, such as workouts, exercise minutes, sleep, and other similar identifiers.
Purchases: subscription status and previous in-app purchases
Location: coarse location (not precise) to enhance the user experience around events
Any data linked to the user identity are protected and secured. We only use it to enhance the product experience, personalize it for the user, and improve the app functionality and features to meet the user needs.
Data Not Linked to the User’s Identity
We use this information to improve the performance of the app and its features and services. As with Data Linked to the User’s Identify, we do not use this information for tracking or advertising purposes. This may include, but it is not limited to:
Usage data: aggregated usage of product interaction
User ID and Device ID: non-identifiable user ID, which helps us better understand the usage and usefulness of our app
Diagnostics Data: information related to crash data and performance data
Apple Health Data Collection
Data Collection: We collect data from Apple Health, including but not limited to sleep data, workout data, mindful minutes, activity, and data of birth.
Data Usage: We use this information only to provide a better product experience. With the data collected from Apple Health, we provide personalized recommendations and suggestions to optimize how you organize your day.
Data Access and Deletion: Users can delete the health data collected from Apple Health by navigating to Profile > Body Clock > Apple Health and disabling access. A pop-up message will ask whether you'd like to delete the data entirely, or just limit future access to it.
Alternatively, users can disable access by going to their iPhone Settings > Privacy & Security > Health > atKairos.
