In Greek mythology, there are two types of time: chronos (the passage of time) and kairos (the right time). We seem to go about our days according to chronos, while we should be doing it in sync with kairos - the right activity at the right time.

Despite our best efforts, it can feel like we're just along for the ride rather than in control of our own lives. Our time is our most valuable resource, yet we often treat it reactively, mindlessly following the last notification that another video-conferencing meeting starts in ten minutes. Calendars should reflect our priorities, and they seem to have started dictating them.
Proper time management means having a schedule that reflects who we are and our priorities rather than just following a one-size-fits-all template.
It was this very struggle that led Filip to found atKairos. As a former executive at a scale-up, he knew firsthand how challenging it can be to manage a busy schedule. Luckily, he had an exceptional personal assistant who helped him manage his time effectively and understood his personal preferences and life circumstances.
Unfortunately, most time management tools available today fail to provide this level of personalization.
So if we are not fortunate enough to have a personal assistant, we are left on the battlefield, spending hours making our schedules work.
This is why we are building atKairos – a personal time assistant that combines our work and personal lives and utilizes AI technology to understand our unique needs and preferences.
